- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be notified promptly.
Shipping & Transit
- After your order is processed, shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days depending on the carrier (Royal Mail or DPD).
- United Kingdom: We offer free shipping within the UK.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can track your order with the carrier using this number.
Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address to ensure it’s correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@modappliance.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
